Best professions for gold farming?

What are the best professions to pick up for gold farming at the start of classic? I'd like to level a few that will make money and then have separate professions on alts.

Most are crap right now, but you could take tailoring.

Or you could go to Stranglethorn Vale and farm
. They sell for about 70 silver a stack of 10.
